Price changes ahead

So bugger it all, the time has come that we need to put our prices up. I generally am really sorry to do this, and we have spent a lot of time on our costings, treatment times etc to see if there is anything else we can do, but it seems not. We will not skimp on time of treatments, nor will we ever sneak in cheaper products or use average equipment to save a few bucks here or there.
We will always continue to offer not only the best treatments with the best products and equipment for your visit but just as importantly I will always offer a great working environment for my team of incredibly hard working and talented therapists.
In the past 3 years alone, we have had over a 20% increase to our overall running costs for Silk! OVER 20% Isn’t that crazy! And with some of our treatments being exactly the same cost as what they were 10 years ago we cannot keep going without changing our prices to put towards some of the escalating costs of running a small business.
Yes we are a business and yes we need to do this, but at the end of the day we are here for you too. We do not want to make it hard for you to come in. We love having the privilege of looking after you and we do not want it to be a burden on your pocket any more than you do. If you are going to find it hard to pay for your treatment, we do have a couple of great payment plans set up at Silk so you can pay off your treatments in a few different ways.
We also are developing a better Silk Reward system in which you earn points every time you come in that goes towards lots of cool benefits and freebies, so watch this space!!
Please just ask us, we will do our best to work something out for you.
Our new costs will be approx. a 10% increase across the board with a few exceptions (which will be less not more!) and will come into place 1st April.
