Don’t miss out on any of your treatment

If you have not been to Silk before, we need to get some details from you. Please do your best to arrive 5 mins or so before you scheduled time so we can get all that sorted without it cutting into your appointment time.

After that, just arrive just prior to the scheduled time of your appointment and if you are running late, your appointment may be shortened.

So you can relax and enjoy your full experience with us at Silk, please turn off your mobile phone when you arrive.


Cancellation & Booking Fee Policy

If you are unwell, please look after yourself and please stay at home. Do though please respect your therapist and your appointment time at Silk and give us as much notice as you possibly can.

Instead of asking for 24hours notice, we now only request you let us know within 6hours (unless your appointment is before 12pm, then just let us know by 9am the same day) This should give you plenty of time to realise you are unwell enough not to be able to come in.
No-shows will still result in a cancellation fee for the full charge of your appointment.

If we have your current email address and cell phone number, you will receive a confirmation email at the time of your booking AND a reminder text message 48 hours before your appointment.



For all bookings valued over $200, a credit card is required to secure your booking.
