Don’t miss out on any of your treatment

If you have not been to Silk before, we need to get some details from you. Please do your best to arrive 5 mins or so before you scheduled time so we can get all that sorted without it cutting into your appointment time.

After that, just arrive just prior to the scheduled time of your appointment and if you are running late, your appointment may be shortened.

So you can relax and enjoy your full experience with us at Silk, please turn off your mobile phone when you arrive.

Cancellation & Booking Fee Policy

If you are unwell, please look after yourself and please stay at home. Do though respect your therapist and your appointment at Silk let us know. The more notice you can give us the better, we love lots of notice!!!

We do require 12 hours notice or before 9am for same day cancellations. This should give you plenty of time to realise you are unwell enough not to be able to come in. 

No-shows will result in a full charge of your appointment.

If we have your current email address and cell phone number, you will receive a confirmation email at the time of your booking AND a reminder text message 24 hours before your appointment.

For all bookings valued over $200, a deposit is required and an invoice will be sent to you. Your deposit is totally refundable if you need to cancel and do you so within the above times.
