Cancellation & Booking Policy
If you are unwell, please look after yourself and please stay at home. Do though respect your therapist and your appointment time at Silk and give us as much notice as you possibly can. The more notice you can give us the better, we love lots of notice!!!
Instead of asking for 24 hours notice, we now only request you let us know within 6 hours (unless your appointment is before 12pm, then just let us know by 9am the same day) This should give you plenty of time to realise you are unwell enough not to be able to come in.
No-shows will still result in a cancellation fee for the full charge of your appointment.
If we have your current email address and cell phone number, you will receive a confirmation email at the time of your booking AND a reminder text message 48 hours before your appointment.
For all bookings valued over $200, a credit card is required to secure your booking.
