If your skin therapist requires additional information regarding a particular skin concern you have, they will contact you via your preferred contact method advising what we need to ensure you get the best personalised advice you can get. Each skin is individual, and your prescription needs to be too.

You do not need to answer every question. If you do not have time or do not feel the question is applicable to your skin needs, then just move onto the next one.
