Silk Memberships: Terms & Conditions

1. Payment & Duration

  • Memberships are set up via automatic payments through our secure provider, Aglow.
  • You can choose your payment frequency: weekly, fortnightly, or monthly.
  • Membership duration ranges from 3 to 12 months.
  • Vouchers cannot be purchased through a membership nor can a voucher be used for payment.

2. Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable

  • Memberships and associated perks are non-transferable and non-refundable.

3. Perks

  • Members receive a 10% Birthday Perk-one per year.
  • Memberships are tiered by value, and the value of perks increases with each tier.
  • Perks are calculated either as a percentage or as a point value, depending on the membership.
  • All treatment perks must be used within the membership term unless otherwise stated. These are non-transferable.
  • Perk appointments are booked the same way as any normal appointment. If you need to change a booking, 48 hours’ notice is required. Only one change is allowed per perk appointment.
  • Upgrade perks are designed specifically to be added to a specified treatment and are not valid as individual appointments.
  • Free gifts are valued at the approximate retail price and are chosen by the Silk team. These gifts are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for another gift or cash.
  • Voucher gifts can be used towards a treatment or product at Silk. The expiry date is the end of the membership term, with strictly no extensions.
  • The “6th treatment at half price” or “11th treatment free” perk is available only when you include 5 or 11 of the same treatment in your membership. The perk applies to that same treatment.

4. Booking & Cancellations

  • Standard Silk Skin Spa booking and cancellation policies apply to all member appointments.

5. Grace Period

  • Members have a one-month leniency period at the end of their membership term to rearrange any missed appointments. After this period, unused treatments are forfeited.

6. Missed Payments

  • If a payment fails, our system will notify you and attempt to collect the payment again.
  • For weekly payments, missed payments are reattempted with the following week’s payment.
  • For fortnightly or monthly payments, a reattempt will occur two days after the failed payment.

7. Early Termination

  • If you need to end your membership early, a cancellation fee applies: 10% of the remaining balance and value of perks used, or 40% of the remaining balance, whichever is greater.

8. General Conduct & Suitability

  • Silk Skin Spa reserves the right to refuse service for inappropriate behaviour or if a treatment is deemed unsuitable for your health or safety.

9. Transparency

  • All fees and charges will be clearly outlined before you join. There are no hidden costs, and treatment prices are locked in for the duration of your membership.

Amendments

Silk Skin Spa reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes through our website or direct communication.
